They cover the teaching, the materials, the student forum at <a href=\"https:\/\/forum.rtmacademy.com\">forum.rtmacademy.com<\/a>, and any sessions held with you directly. By accepting a place you agree to them. <strong>Clause 4 is the one that matters most and the one we enforce.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>1. Admission is by application<\/h2>\n<p>Places are limited by how many people If can work with directly. Applying does not create a place; a place exists only when we have confirmed it in writing and your first payment has cleared.<\/p>\n<p>We decide who is admitted, and we do not have to give reasons. A declined application is not a judgement about you as a person, and you are welcome to apply again.<\/p>\n<h2>2. What a place gives you<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"clauses\">\n<li><span class=\"n\">(a)<\/span>access to the Academy teaching and its materials for the length of the programme;<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"n\">(b)<\/span>access to the student forum, including your own journal and the journals of the other students;<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"n\">(c)<\/span>direct feedback from If on your work, in the forum and in whatever sessions the programme includes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The programme runs for [PROGRAMME LENGTH]. It is teaching, not a service that produces a result. Nobody is promised a profitable account, a job, a funded account, or a pass mark, because none of those are within our gift.<\/p>\n<p>Your place is personal to you. You may not transfer it, sell it, share your login, or have somebody else attend in your stead.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Our material<\/h2>\n<p>The teaching, recordings, written material, charts, diagrams and worked examples are our copyright. Your place gives you the right to use them yourself, for your own trading. It transfers nothing.<\/p>\n<p>You may not, and may not permit or assist anyone else to:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"clauses\">\n<li><span class=\"n\">(a)<\/span>copy, republish, distribute, sell, rent or otherwise make the material available to anyone outside the Academy, including by posting it to any forum, file-sharing service, marketplace, messaging group or private group;<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"n\">(b)<\/span>record any live session without our written permission;<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"n\">(c)<\/span>systematically download or scrape the materials or the forum;<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"n\">(d)<\/span>reproduce the material, in substance, as a course, programme, book, video series, indicator or other product, whether paid or free.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>What this does not stop you doing.<\/strong> You may trade however you like, for the rest of your life, using everything you have learned. You may talk about your own trading, teach your own approach in your own words, and say what you like about your time here. Clause 3(d) is about reproducing <em>our material<\/em>, not about competing with us or using your own knowledge.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Confidentiality<\/h2>\n<p>This is the clause the Academy depends on. Students post their journals, their losses, their accounts and their circumstances inside the forum because they believe it stays there. If that stops being true, they stop posting, and the programme is worth considerably less to everyone in it.<\/p>\n<h3>4.1 What is confidential<\/h3>\n<ol class=\"clauses\">\n<li><span class=\"n\">(a)<\/span>everything behind the Academy login — posts, journals, charts, screenshots, images, recordings and messages;<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"n\">(b)<\/span>the identity of the other students, and the fact of their participation;<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"n\">(c)<\/span>anything another student tells you about their trading, finances or circumstances, whether in the forum, in a session, or privately;<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"n\">(d)<\/span>the content of any one-to-one session or written feedback given to you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>4.2 What you agree<\/h3>\n<p>You will not disclose, publish, quote, screenshot, forward, summarise or otherwise make available any confidential information to anyone outside the Academy, in any medium, for any purpose.<\/p>\n<p>You will not use another student’s confidential information for any purpose other than your own learning within the programme.<\/p>\n<h3>4.3 How long it lasts<\/h3>\n<p>These obligations start when you accept your place and <strong>continue indefinitely<\/strong>, including after your programme ends and after you leave. Confidentiality that expires is not confidentiality.<\/p>\n<h3>4.4 What is not covered<\/h3>\n<p>Nothing here restricts you from disclosing information that is already public through no fault of yours, that you already held independently, or that you are required by law or a court to disclose. If you are required to disclose, tell us first where you lawfully can.<\/p>\n<p>And nothing here stops you talking about <strong>your own<\/strong> work, your own trading, or your own experience of the Academy. This clause protects other people’s material, not your right to speak about yourself.<\/p>\n<h3>4.5 Why we take it seriously<\/h3>\n<p>A breach of this clause is not a technicality. It ends the place immediately under clause 7, without refund, and we may pursue it further. We would much rather never need this paragraph.<\/p>\n<h2>5. How the forum works<\/h2>\n<p>Argue about charts, not about people. Harassment, abuse, and discriminatory or threatening content end a place.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"clauses\">\n<li><span class=\"n\">(a)<\/span>ask your questions in the forum rather than privately to other students. A question answered in the open helps everyone who comes after; the same question asked privately helps one person once, and leans on somebody who came here to learn rather than to teach;<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"n\">(b)<\/span>do not promote brokers, signal services, prop firms, courses or your own products, and do not recruit students to anything;<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"n\">(c)<\/span>do not present anything as a trade call, signal or recommendation from the Academy;<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"n\">(d)<\/span>do not attempt to reach areas, accounts or data you have not been given.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Content posted to the student areas is translated automatically so that students working in other languages can read it. How that works, and how to opt your journal out, is set out in the <a href=\"[PRIVACY POLICY URL]\">privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Fees, payment and refunds<\/h2>\n<p>The fee is the one stated in your written offer, in euro. [IF INSTALMENTS ARE OFFERED, STATE THE SCHEDULE HERE.] Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal, whose terms cover the payment transaction only.<\/p>\n<p><strong>No refunds once the programme has started.<\/strong> A place is one of a small number, and accepting yours means declining somebody else’s. Because the Academy gives immediate access to the teaching and the materials, by accepting your place and paying you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with EU consumer law. This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If we end your place<\/strong> for any reason other than your breach of these terms, we refund the unused part of the fee, pro rata.<\/p>\n<p>[IF INSTALMENTS ARE OFFERED: leaving the programme early does not cancel instalments that remain due for the term you accepted.]<\/p>\n<h2>7. Ending a place<\/h2>\n<p>We may end your place immediately, without refund, if you breach clause 3, 4 or 5.<\/p>\n<p>You may leave at any time. Clause 6 governs what happens to the fee.<\/p>\n<p>On leaving, your access ends. Clauses 3, 4, 8, 9 and 10 survive, and clause 4 survives indefinitely.<\/p>\n<p>Alumni normally keep read access to the forum. That is a courtesy, not a right, and it is subject to clause 4 in full.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Not investment advice<\/h2>\n<p>The Academy is education. We teach a way of reading price on a chart. We do not tell you what to trade, do not issue signals or recommendations, do not consider your personal circumstances, and nothing we teach is an offer or inducement to trade. Every trading decision you make is yours alone.<\/p>\n<p>Trading foreign exchange, CFDs and other leveraged instruments carries a high risk of losing money, and most people who attempt it lose money. Nothing said by us, or by any student, is a promise of a return or a guide to what you will achieve. We are not an investment firm and do not provide investment advice, personal recommendations, or portfolio management.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Warranty and liability<\/h2>\n<p>The Academy is provided as described in your offer and otherwise “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted access to the sites or the forum.<\/p>\n<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you have paid us for the programme. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing affects statutory rights you have as a consumer.<\/p>\n<h2>10. General<\/h2>\n<p>These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the courts of Ireland have non-exclusive jurisdiction, provided that if you are a consumer resident in another EU member state you retain any protection and forum rights granted by the law of your residence.<\/p>\n<p>If any clause is found unenforceable the rest remain in force. These terms, together with your written offer, are the entire agreement for your place.
