RTM Academy is not a course in technique. It is a year spent learning to read turning points the way a careful reader reads a difficult text — and it works best with people who already show that they can think.
I have taught this work, in one form or another, for a long time. The book version — the techniques, the patterns, the rules — I have already written, many times over, on readthemarket.com. What happens here is different. It is coaching, not curriculum: assignments that change as the student changes, a relationship that runs for a year, sometimes longer.
Coaching like this only works with the right student. Someone who already shows real perspicacity — who can look at a confused, noisy situation and find the shape of it — is easy to teach and a pleasure to work with. Someone who hasn’t yet developed that instinct, however intelligent or willing, makes for a harder year, for both of us.
So there are two ways in. One is open to anyone who can afford it. The other asks you to show your thinking first, and rewards it.
